So Duncan's gone away and I have to do the birdbangers morning and night. So following his lead I decided to do it on my trusty (well, rusty) stead.
Always one for multitasking it also allows me to train for any biking I might do for the Otago Rail Trail. It has certainly taught me to look ahead for the best path through the corrugations, and how to get down to low gear for the thick grass bits. Its about 1.5km - 2 at the most, morning and night. But today I got on my bike and felt the dreaded sore inner bum cheeks. Just excuse me now while I go and hunt out my padded shorts!
Ah yes the "inner bum cheeks" I know what you mean ;)
